Money Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

MrChanProductions is not liable for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Exchange rates shown are indicative only and may differ from rates offered by banks or money-exchange providers.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial settlements agreed upon using the app's calculations.

Money Buddy is not a payment service and never moves money. Settle-up QR codes simply display payment details that a group member has chosen to share (for example a PayPal link).

Any actual payment happens directly between you and the other person through the payment provider of your choice, under that provider's terms. Always verify payment details before sending money.

When you share a trip with Group Sync, everything you add to it (names, expenses, notes, payment handles) is visible to everyone who has the trip's room code. Share room codes only with people you trust.

Do not enter content that is unlawful, offensive, or someone else's private information. Trips that sit unused for an extended period may be removed from the sync service.

By using Group Sync you also agree to Google Firebase's Terms of Service.

Money Buddy is free to use, supported by light ads. The free plan hosts one active shared trip at a time (a trip you created and shared with Group Sync) and keeps up to 10 photos per trip (receipt and journal photos combined). Joining trips that others share with you is always unlimited, and trips that stay local to your device are always unlimited.

Money Buddy Pro is an optional one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes ads, lifts the shared-trip limit, and unlocks extras such as the Celestial sky theme. Purchases are processed by Google Play and shown in your local currency before you confirm.

Plan changes never take anything away from trips you have already created or shared: existing shared trips keep working regardless of your plan.

Group Sync, notifications, and other online features are provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued.

Your local data always remains on your device and can be exported at any time (PDF, CSV, text, or full backup).

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of this app is prohibited.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL and inside the app under Settings. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
